Many foods can cause Zits or Pimples or Acne but there has been no scientific proof stating that Oily foods can cause Pimples, some people believe eating extensive oily foods can make your skin oily and hence make it easier for pimples to develop.But there is nothing to worry when eating oily foods as long as you are not eating overly oily foods and eating no healthy stuff.If you eat oily foods to a moderate extent then you should be fine, but limit oily foods to a minimum and you should be free from Acne and Pimples if at all oily foods do cause Pimples.
